Attack Vector is a line of rail shooters with a first-person perspective and unusual graphics.
There are three games bearing the name:
- Attack Vector: the original, made in Python/Pygame; it only features one level, and was never continued.
- Sunset Flight: a sequel of sorts, with infinite gameplay but very little variety; it was used to nail down the graphics engine.
- Cybersphere: a prequel to the first two games, it switched to vector graphics and sdlBasic; also never completed.
All three games flopped hard. Only the third was met with a degree of interest in a niche community.
