Programming languages

Most No Time To Play games are made in HTML5, Python or sdlBasic.

See my guide to Game Programming Interfaces, released in June 2018.

For interactive fiction

No Time To Play took Inform 7, TADS 3 and Alan 3 for a test drive in 2011.

More recently, I used Twine for a number of games, with various degrees of success.
